Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was clean and well presented, with good hot water in the rooms, but it was too warm to sleep comfortably. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and the location, close to the Docklands Light Railway, was also really good. The dining experience was good but could have been better, and the common staircase could be cleaner. The facilities were as simple as they could be.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was small with a too big mattress, and the floor was uneven, making it warmer than expected. However, the service was excellent, with friendly staff who even helped with luggage and offered the use of an iron. The location was convenient, close to public transport, but the dining experience lacked refills, although the food was tasty. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and had a real bathroom, not a tiny plastic corner, although it needed a bit of upkeep. It was excellent, very quiet, and even had a mini-bar fridge with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. The service was top-notch, perfect for my London explorations. The location, while a bit dark, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, was surprisingly close to the tube station and other transport links. The dining was good overall, despite a minor ceiling leak issue during one of my meals.
